Terms And Conditions Of Hire
Upon Securing your booking with a deposit/and or hiring our services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Cancellations:
If you cancel the service upon arrival of hire Full fare is due and payable.
If you cancel within 12 hours of hire date – the full amount quoted is due immediately.
If you cancel within 24 hours of hire 50% of total hire cost is due immediately.
We will however take into consideration any flights that have been cancelled at the last minute. Proof of this will be required.
Payments
Herbies Bus and Charter bookings can be paid for in a number of options, we accept: Cash, Credit Card or Bank transfer as valid payment methods.
For All Bus and Charter Bookings:
Where you are paying in cash for the hire – please ensure you have the full amount quoted collected and ready to give to the driver at the start of hire. Please understand the drivers do not carry change so have the corrected amount quoted.
All Invoices must be finalized before the hire commences.
Bank transfer – if you choose to pay Via Transfer, the full quoted cost must be transferred 1 day prior to the date.
Credit Card – if you choose to make full payment via CC this must be done upon entering our busses.
Herbies Shuttles are pleased to accept EFTPOS payments and are preferred over cash.
Alcohol
The drinking of alcohol on any of our services is strictly prohibited and any person found doing so may be asked to leave our bus.
At Herbies Shuttles, we like to ensure that staff and drivers are able to enjoy a safe and fun environment without being subject to rude, aggressive or dangerous behaviours from any passenger.. The driver has his/her legal right and duty to request a passenger/s to exit the vehicles under one of the following occasions:
- Smoking on board
- Passenger/s have not adhered to sensible alcohol consumption
- Passenger/s are rude/aggressive and or abusive
- Passenger/s are and or have deliberately damaged the equipment of Herbies Shuttles
Seatbelts
Must be worn at all times: Passengers are responsible for any fines or police action for not wearing a seatbelt whilst on board.
Please understand that if you suffer any type of injury while on our vehicles, Herbies Bus and Charter will not be held responsible. All buses are equipped with first aid kits and a driver willing to help if required. We do hold all insurances as required by law.
Passengers Property And Lost Property
Herbies Bus and Charter takes no responsibility for loss or damage of personal items on board during or after your ride with us. All personal Belongings eg jackets, ipods, bags, phones are of the responsibility of the passenger. We will, however, endeavour to make arrangements for the collection of property left behind.
